The company raised $5 million of Series A3 funding in a deal led by Marker Hill Capital on July 10, 2017, putting the pre-money valuation at $100 million. Other undisclosed investors also participated in the round. The company will use the funds to expand existing business of providing digital electricity technology to power information and communications data infrastructure.
